This Freestyle Indoor Cycling Course has been developed by Indoor Cycling Master Trainers for existing Instructors and Personal Trainers who wish to improve their knowledge and skills to enable them to deliver Group Indoor Cycling in health clubs. Using the most up to date guidelines we teach techniques you can effectively use on any of the popular fixed gear studio bikes available.

Course Prerequisites:

Fitness Professionals must hold one of the following:

Certificate III or above in Fitness recognised  by Fitness Australia.
Certificate III or above in Fitness recognised  by Kinect Australia
Registration Fitness Australia or Kinect Australia
REPs Registration
Senior First Aid Certificate (up to date).

Assessment:

Theory test: Online with live invigilator - False-True Choice Questions Pass Mark 85%

Practical Test: (Submission of Video). (Pass Mark 80%)

Note: For students who reside in or around Perth (Western Australia) we have made available the option to sit the practical and theory tests with one of our Assessors at an affiliated venue (charges apply).

Correspondence Courses Web Cam Online Test

We deliver theory tests in partnership with two world renowned Proctoring Service Providers based in USA. This revolutionary new method of online testing with a live invigilator allows students to complete their assessment at any location, from any countries using almost any computer and web cam with 640x480 video pixel resolution.

Students enrolled on a distance learning program can take exams 24/7 at home, at work, or anywhere where internet access is available.

Online Theory Tests

Theory tests must be booked through our bookings department. Students ready to sit the test should contact: bookingsonlinetesting@iinet.net.au Bookings orders are processed within 36 hours by us and finalised by our USA based Proctoring partners within 5 working days. In total allow 10 working days for the full booking process to be completed.

* Students have 30 days from the booking date to sit the theory test.

Theory Test Re-sits:

Students who failed the first test can only re-sit after 15 days, to allow more time to study.

Practical Test Assessment Requirements:

This course require Video evidence (maximum length 10mins) of the student teaching Indoor Cycling Class.Students can upload their video on: Utube-Metacafe.com or Veoh.com.
