Applicants wishing to Enrol on any courses offered by Myholisticfitnessperth and existing Certified Instructors or Teachers, by signing the All Training Courses Enrolment Form understand to be bound by this Copyright Terms and Conditions and hereby agrees that all learning material supplied by Myholisticfitnessperth either in e-version (PDF) or Hard Copy (including assessment and examination material) is copyright worldwide, exclusive propriety of Myholisticfitnessperth and protected by the Australia law under the World Intellectual Property Organization

Sports Yoga®, Sports Yoga Instructors Course® and Sports Yoga X-Treme Karma Licence™ are brand name owned by Myholisticfitnessperth, copyrighted worldwide Registration N.84409 filed for Trademark, and protected by the Australia and International law.

New applicants and existing graduates are advised that Myholisticfitnessperth will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution. Images of people and contents displayed on the Courses Training Manuals provided to students enrolled on any of the Training Courses offered by Myholisticfitnessperth are either the property of, or used with permission by Myholisticfitnessperth. The use of the images, courses contents and material including demo DVDs, assessment material, by the recipient or anyone else authorized by the recipient (student/s) is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions or by specific permission provided by Myholisticfitnessperth.

Sports Yoga Certified Instructors™ must seek written permission from Myholisticfitnessperth before they can use the brand name Sports Yoga® on any advertisement, domain (s) or website (s), brochures, media (TV and newspaper) or for commercial use. It is illegal to duplicate content from our web-site (copy and paste) onto other web-sites.

Businesses wishing to advertise Sports Yoga® Program for commercial purposes must apply for Sports Yoga® X-Treme Karma Licence from us.

Sports Yoga® Certified Instructors can use the brand name exclusively limited to the following:

1) Delivery of group classes or one-to-one session privately and publicly.

2)Advertise and promote Sports Yoga® classes.

Sports Yoga® Certified Instructors understand to be bound by this Copyright Terms and Conditions and hereby agree to use the brand name in any Advertisement/Promotion of classes and/or instructor/s credentials with the symbol TM as shown below:

1)Sports Yoga® Certified Instructor

2)Sports Yoga® Classes.

All requests for permission to use our copyrighted material should be sent via e-mail and should include the following information listed below: info@myholisticfitnessperth.com.au

Name and the name of the organization making the request if not an individual.

The URL for any Web site linking to Myholisticfitnessperth or on which the recipient want to display Copyrighted Material or the Unregistered or Registered Marks under common law.
Complete address, including the city, state and ZIP code, country.
Phone number and e-mail address.

A detailed description of the item(s) you wish to use and how they will be used.

Any unauthorized use of the image, course contents and courses material may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

Myholisticfitnessperth does not permit its materials to be reproduced or published without advanced written permission from Myholisticfitnessperth.

Trademarks, logos and names above are proprietorship of Myholisticfitnessperth.
