I joined Cristiana's yoga class since Jan 2010. She is an experience teacher who pays attention to details and emphasizes on correct posture so as not to incur injuries. Each time I go to her class, I pick up the details and ever since, I have improved a lot in terms of posture and stretching. I enjoy her class.

Being a sports teacher for over 25 years and with bad knee problems I realised it was time to participate in a regular Yoga class. I was fully aware of the benefits of Yoga but wasn't really dedicated to the classes I had previous participated in.

From the first session I did with Cristiana I knew it was just what my body needed. This is what I needed to give back to my body for all the wear and tear I had done to it over the years.

What I love about her Yoga classes are they're unique. They reflect great discipline of both body and mind where we are required to hold and perfect postures combining both concentration and breathing.

The benefits of her Yoga classes to my body have been immense. Not only have I improved in flexibility, core strength and posture but my knees have also improved. My body has become leaner, is now well toned and this overall improvement in balance has surely balanced my whole being. I always come away from her classes feeling fantastic, energized and knowing this complete body workout has been a gift to my body and well being.
