Is Sports Yoga Instructor Course™ the same as Yoga Teacher Training Course?

How is Sports Yoga Instructor Course™ different from Yoga Teacher Training Course?
Sports Yoga™ is a new term that can bring about many different thoughts and assumptions. In reality Sports Yoga™ is a is a Certification Program designed for the Fitness Industry and Aspiring Yoga Teachers which combines basic traditional Hatha Yoga poses and breathing techniques that can be integrated into any fitness or Sports training routine. Our Sports Yoga Instructor Course™ approaches the practice of yoga from a physical standpoint, with little or no emphasis on meditation or spirituality.

What's the difference between Spinning-RPM (Les Mills) and Freestyle Indoor Cycling Training Course?
The difference is in the style. Johnny Goldberg, otherwise known as Johnny G, is a South African endurance cyclist who invented Spinning, the first stationary bike group exercise class of any kind, in the late 1980s. More than 20 years later, Spinning remains the most widely recognized and implemented indoor cycling program in fitness facilities around the world. RPM is a pre-choreographed cycling class based on outdoor riding. In Freestyle Indoor Cycling classes the teacher comes up with the program themselves.

I am not interested in CECs/CPDs Courses. Can I enrol in a Yoga Instructor Course without doing these?
Yes. Courses with attached CEC/CPD continuing education/ professional development points are required by exercise professionals to re-register or access the Fitness Organisations Registry that regulates the industry in the country of residence. However, Sports Yoga Instructor Course™ is the ONLY course already accredited by both the Fitness Industry (CECs/CPDs) and the Yoga Industry worldwide (Yoga Alliance International).
Sports Yoga Instructor Course™ can be purchased without CECs/CPDs.

Why do you use online testing via webcam with an invigilator:
The new Online Web Cam Test Solution is a method widely used by American Universities nationwide which has proven to be very safe and extremely successful in comparison to the traditional "log in" option. Log in exams and tests are becoming obsolete in the world of distance learning due to their high "cheating" rate. Anyone provided with a log in password by the student/s can sit exams and tests on their behalf.
The Online Web Cam testing method uses a webcam and a live Invigilator/ Proctor to allow the distance training provider/s to verify that the student who registered in the distance education course or program is in fact the same student who participates in and completes the program and receives professional credit. *Online Web Cam Testing method is recognised and accepted by accrediting bodies as the best platform for secure, safe distance learning text and exams.
