Myholisticfitnessperth school of Yoga has one of the most well-regarded and comprehensive internationally recognised Hatha-Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training Courses in Australia with graduates teaching all over the world.

 

This highly acclaimed 200 hour Teacher Training -Yoga Alliance and World Yoga Council globally recognised and Fitness Australia Approved for 15 CEC’s, is a unique Fusion of Dynamic Modern Hatha Flow-Ashtanga Vinyasa Style designed to adapt to all body types, ages, and fitness levels.

 

The Program has been developed and scheduled in two different ways to suit and cater for the different needs and requirements of students: INTENSIVE TWO WEEK or WEEKEND TRAINING. Both trainings contain the same study modules.

 

 

Upon course completion graduates can teach anywhere in the world and register at the 200 hour level with Yoga Alliance International.

INTENSIVE TWO WEEK - DATES

 

GET CERTIFIED TO TEACH IN JUST 14 INTENSE BUT WONDERFUL DAYS

 

Intensive Courses are ideal for practitioners with previous yoga experience. This two week (including weekends) very popular intensive training offers a complete and comprehensive full immersion yoga practice with an intelligent approach to learning, part A Face to Face Training  and B: Correspondence.

 

Part A: FACE-TO-FACE Training provides students with the opportunity to immerse themselves 99% in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha yoga practice, teaching methodologies and techniques, meditation and relaxation techniques, pranayamas practice, teacher ethics, class sequencing, planning and skilful assists. Students will learn how to perform more than 70 asanas from Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa (modified Primary Series so that people of all abilities can practice).


Part B: CORRESPONDENCE - Enables students to begin the theory units (included in the cost) two weeks prior the course commencement date and then continue at a personal pace after the 14 day intensive, for as long as the student need.


* Intensives are held three times a year and are non-residential.

WEEKEND TEACHER DATES

 

GET CERTIFIED TO TEACH IN 6 MONTHS

 

The timing of this programme is suited especially to those who have time on weekends. Often people who work full-time choose this option.

 

Courses are held at Weekend:Saturday and Sunday. This course contains the same study modules as the Intensives modules.
  
*Attendance at approximately 2 classes at Myholisticfitnessperth yoga studio per week three months prior the training course commencing date and enter our three months Mentor Student Program (charges apply) after course completion is required. This will provide students with the opportunity to practice with our highly qualified teachers prior and after the training course, to observe and assist in class and practice teach. Within this context of this practical experience, a big focus for us at Myholisticfitnessperth, is teaching you to teach safely.

 

*Weekend Courses are held two times a year. To secure your place deposit is required.

 

Places are limited to 7 students.
